ADHD Therapy
What Is ADHD?
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, emotional regulation, organisation, motivation and impulse control.
ADHD can impact school, work, relationships, confidence and everyday life.
Many children and adults with ADHD describe struggling to stay organised, forgetting important tasks, losing things, becoming emotionally overwhelmed or finding it difficult to switch off their thoughts. Whilst ADHD presents differently in every individual, the right support can help people understand their strengths, manage challenges and build confidence.
