What is CBT therapy & How can I help? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy designed to help you manage problems by altering your thoughts and behaviours. It focuses on changing the way you think about and respond to triggering situations, aiming to reshape both your thought patterns and behaviours. •Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Initial Assessments. •1-2-1 Talking Therapy: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Adult, Child and Couple therapy. •Face-to-face CBT therapy: Available within the catchment area at an additional cost, as a clinic room must be booked in advance. Please note that no refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

What can you expect with Parenting Support? Parenting support helps build relationships and enhance parenting skills help parents connect with professionals such as social workers, teachers, and health experts. My services include coaching and courses on behaviour management, conflict resolution, communication, and stress reduction. As I often say, "Children don’t come with instruction manuals," so I aim to provide practical guidance and support. •1-2-1 Parenting Advice or Coaching Sessions/Courses. •Family Therapy or Mediation. •Private Mental Health or Family Assessments. •Liaison with GPs, Schools, Adult or Child Social Care Services, or Community Services. •School Liaison and Support: Including educational health care plans and reintegrating children into education. •Referral and signposted to private Autism or ADHD assessment following an initial screening. •Remote and Face-to-face options are available subject to availability and additional costs as a clinic room must be booked in advance. Please note that no refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Consultants diagnose issues, analyse data, and recommend actions, billing by the hour or day rate. Please make contact here to discuss personalised packages and fees. What is DBT therapy & How can I help? Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a type of talking therapy. It is specifically designed for individuals who experience emotions intensely. DBT is particularly useful for those struggling with relationship issues, intense emotions, and difficulty tolerating distress. •Online 1-2-1 Talking Therapy: Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Adult, Child, and Couple Therapy. •Face-to-face DBT therapy: Available within the catchment area at an additional cost, as a clinic room must be booked in advance. Please note that no refunds will be issued for non-attendance. •Online Neurodiversity Coaching: Using DBT therapeutic techniques. Face-to-face coaching is available, subject to availability and additional costs, similar to the terms outlined above.

What can you expect with Neurodiversity Coaching? Neurodiversity coaching or post-diagnostic support helps neurodivergent individuals understand their diagnosis and develop lifelong skills. What does animal therapy include and entail? Animal therapy uses interactions with animals to enhance well-being. Equine-assisted therapy, involving horses, combines the efforts of a therapist, horse, and handler. It provides holistic support and is effective in helping people process and change negative behaviours. Animal therapy offers benefits like companionship and comfort and has a long history of therapeutic use. •1-2-1 or Group Animal Therapy. •CBT, DBT, and Talking therapy alongside animal therapy. •Neurodiversity Coaching and Animal therapy. •Referral required and signposted to this external specialist service
