Autism Therapy

What Is Autism?

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental difference that affects how people experience, understand and interact with the world around them. Autism can influence communication, sensory processing, emotional regulation, routines and everyday life.

Every autistic person is unique. Many autistic children and adults experience sensory sensitivities, difficulties with change, emotional overwhelm or social communication differences, whilst also having many strengths and abilities. Whether you are seeking an autism assessment, have recently received a diagnosis, or are looking for practical post-diagnostic support, the right guidance can help build confidence, understanding and coping strategies.
