Service Description

Evidence-based parenting support for families experiencing behavioural challenges, emotional dysregulation, child anxiety, school avoidance, ADHD, autism, sleep difficulties, family conflict, low confidence, and day-to-day parenting challenges. Delivered by a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker, sessions focus on helping parents better understand behaviour, emotions, nervous-system responses, neurodiversity, and family dynamics while building practical strategies to improve communication, routines, confidence, emotional wellbeing, boundaries, and family relationships. Support may include behavioural support strategies, emotional regulation tools, parenting guidance, school-related support, conflict reduction, psychoeducation, routine planning, sleep support, problem-solving skills, and practical approaches to reducing stress and improving family wellbeing. Parent support can be particularly helpful for families navigating anxiety, school avoidance, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, autism, sensory differences, behavioural concerns, and periods of family stress or transition. Online parenting support is available across the UK, with face-to-face appointments available in Oldham, Shaw, Saddleworth, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Yorkshire, and surrounding areas.
