Sleep hygiene' refers to healthy habits, behaviours and environmental factors that can be adjusted to help you have a good night's sleep. Sleep problems are often caused by bad sleep habits reinforced over years or even decades.

How Can I Help...

I offer a range of therapeutic approaches that can help both children and adults with this presentation:

​

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Talking therapy which can be adapted for Neurodiverse individuals.

  • Neurodiversity Coaching. 

  • Family therapy.

  • Parenting support and training sessions around sleep hygiene.​
