  • Post-diagnostic Intervention Therapy - learning about your neurodiverse diagnosis and coping strategies.

Taking a break from social media apps and spending less time on screens can benefit your mental and physical health. That’s where a digital detox comes in. This is a period when you consciously reduce or completely cut down on your online and screen time.
