Our consultancy services provide expert advice and tailored solutions for individuals, families, and organisations. We diagnose issues, analyse data, and recommend actionable steps, with fees starting at £150 per hour or billed as a day rate.

How do sessions work?
Sessions are conducted remotely via Teams or Zoom, or Face-to-Face. All last 50 minutes. The number of sessions is tailored to your needs, following evidence-based guidance.
Do you offer Face to Face sessions?

I provide tailored services for individuals, families, and children, including: • Online Neurodiversity and Life Coaching • CBT and DBT Talking Therapies using evidence-based protocols • Parent Advisory Service with 1-to-1 consultations on: – Family support, referrals, and signposting – Educational challenges and school refusal – Behaviour management and conflict resolution – Mental health, social, and emotional concerns I also conduct neurodiversity screenings and can refer or signpost you to private diagnostic professionals if needed.
How do I pay for my sessions/consultancy?
Self-funding sessions require advance payment via cash or bank transfer. I invoice major health insurance companies directly—check your policy for coverage and contributions as they may only cover some of the fee. I can also invoice schools and local authorities for educational care or care packages.

I work with children and families across the UK, offering flexible scheduling and eliminating travel costs. This service provides access to a CAMHS professional with expertise in family social work and a master’s degree in CBT.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you notify me within 48 hours, we can reschedule. If you cancel within this period, the full fee is payable. Please check with your insurance provider regarding their cancellation policy.
