Service Description
What Can You Expect from Neurodiversity Coaching? Our Affordable Neurodiversity coaching provides practical support for adults, teenagers and children with ADHD, autism, executive-functioning difficulties, sensory overload and emotional regulation challenges. Coaching helps with everyday skills such as organisation, planning, time management, focus, attention, stress management and coping with overwhelm or burnout. It’s a preventative, proactive service — a bit like going to the gym, but for your mind. Regular coaching helps you stay regulated, organised and emotionally steady, with personalised strategies you can use at work, at home or while parenting. Many public figures now use neurodiversity coaching to stay balanced in a demanding world. Key areas of support include: • Executive functioning: organisation, planning, time management • Sensory overwhelm and emotional dysregulation • Attention, concentration and hyperactivity • Burnout, overwhelm and work-related stress • Parenting challenges for neurodivergent adults • Distress tolerance and healthy routines Access to Work Funding (ATW) Neurodiversity coaching can be funded through Access to Work, supporting adults who need help managing their role, workload or wellbeing at work. Face-to-face sessions in Shaw (Oldham) may be possible; clinic-room fees are set by the clinic and are non-refundable. Home visits may be available depending on the Prior Mindset Travel Policy. Complexity and Additional Fees Where higher risk or increased oversight is required, additional fees may apply due to the need for private clinical supervision at my own cost. Any changes are discussed during the assessment.
